A little confusing

I was having a lot of fun with this kit, but it isn't clear that there are 3 designs and not just one. It would have been nice if the instructions included a step that said something like: "now pick the design you want to embroider." So, I did level 1 and most of level 2 (ran out of thread) on the same fabric before I realized there were 3 designs. I really like the third level design, so I was very disappointed when I realized I couldn't do it.
